About the Conference
Overflow Hotel

There are now a couple of ways to make your hotel reservation:

1. Online by going to http://www.desotohilton.com and entering MWC as the reference code.
   
   
2. Call the Hilton directly at (912) 232-9000 or (800) 426-8483 Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., ask for reservations and reference MWC.
   
   
3. After 5:00 p.m. and on weekends call (800) 445-8667 and reference MWC.

After you make your reservation you can continue to check with the Westin and if anyone cancels you can be moved over (but you will need to be sure you cancel the Hilton).

The rate at the Hilton is $149 and that will include shuttle service to and from the Westin.
