The Southern Federation of Syrian Lebanese American Clubs has several membership classes. If you meet the qualification for one of the following, please print out the appropriate attached forms and mail the completed form with your check to:

Club Memberships are available to local clubs of Syrian or Lebanese Heritage and their members within Federation Territory.	Individual Memberships are available to Individuals of Syrian or Lebanese heritage and/or their spouses that reside within Federation Territory.	Family Memberships are available to Families, including spouse and children under 21 years of the same household, of Syrian or Lebanese heritage that reside within Federation Territory.	Student Memberships are available to all college students who are dependants of Club Members, Individual Members, Family Members, Associate Members and Honorary Members.	Associate Memberships are available to those who wish to become a member of the Federation, but live outside of Federation Territory.
